4-day work week (Mon-Thur)
$150k-$165k
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our integrated medical practice full time in Elko NV. Ideally, we are looking for a nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant who is eager to help others, has excellent people and time management skills, and has trigger point and|or joint injection experience. We utilize general interventional pain management techniques within our practice; to include joint and trigger point injections and the incoming Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be performing these procedures, so we prefer a candidate with experience in those areas.
Duties:
Patient exam|evaluation and consultations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records|imaging)
Order and review tests|labs
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab|exercises and various modalities
Manage patient care
Treatments- prescribing Rxs, perform trigger point|joint injections, regen med, and HRT
Documentation and progress notes- timely and accurate
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Maintaining communication with patients and monitoring their progress, ensuring progress of care
Participate in team meetings
Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in NV
Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
Injection experience, PRP experience preferred
Schedule:
Full time -Monday through Thursday
Compensation:
$150k-$165k
