Job Description

PM Hotel Concierge Attendant Location Salt Lake City, UT (Downtown area) :

As a Concierge Attendant, you would be primarily responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the breakfast or dinner buffet. At night we also serve alcohol to guests. With minimal supervision, the concierge attendant strives to provide exceptional guest service by welcoming them. This is perfect for someone who only wants to work 5 hours a day. We have morning and night shifts. Great for people who are in school!

Schedule:

  • 6 hour shift Sunday-Thursday 4p-10p
  • 5 hour shift Monday-Friday 5:30a-10a

Job Duties:

  • Welcoming and providing personalized service to all guests.
  • Attend to hotel guest needs and requests.
  • Preparing foods such as fruit and stock coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers.
  • Ensure breakfast items are continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner.
  • Setting out / arranging cold food such as bread, muffins, donuts, cereal, etc, for self-service.
  • Wiping up spills and maintaining the cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the breakfast shift.
  • Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware prior to use (if applicable).
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
  • Any other duties as requested by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Utah Food Handlers Permit
  • Sips and Tips Permit (for evening staff)
  • Service-minded, friendly professional behavior.
  • Multi-task, remain associate and guest service-centric.

Education:

  • No formal education is required for this position.

Job Type: Full time or Part Time

Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour
