Job Description

Responsibilities:  planning collaboratively and prepare learning engagements in order to deliver the school curriculum, ensuring breadth and balance in all subjects  planning opportunities to develop cultural, physical, social and emotional and spiritual aspects of students’ learning

introducing engaging practices and high-quality resources in teaching
prepare engaging teaching materials and use electronic media to teach subjects efficiently

and effectively

assigning appropriate homework and marking it on time
evaluating student progress with accurate student records of performance and providing

ongoing guidance for improvement

attending parent, teacher, and staff meetings and other promotional events as required
participating in and organizing extracurricular activities
being responsible for the safeguarding and wellbeing of students
taking on professional development opportunities
maintaining regular office hours
teaching up to 20 periods per week, 35-40 minutes per period
