Part-Time Nanny Manager – Winnetka
A loving, busy family in Winnetka, IL, is seeking a proactive, reliable, and organized Nanny Manager to join their household team. This part-time nanny job is ideal for a professional caregiver who enjoys balancing childcare and household management tasks.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: $28 – $35 per hour (based on experience)
Guaranteed 20 hours per week (with flexibility for additional hours for the right candidate)
Start Date: September 2nd, 2025
Paid Time Off (PTO) provided
Location: Winnetka, IL 
About the Family:

• Three active children (ages 12, 14, and 16)
• Two well-behaved family dogs (no pet care needed)
• Seeking a long-term fit who will help keep their home and family life running smoothly

Nanny Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Pick up 12-year-old from school on some days
• Drive children to and from after-school activities and sports (family car provided)
• Oversee afternoon routines: snacks, homework check-ins, and light supervision
• Household errands and grocery shopping
• Family laundry and light housekeeping (tidying, organizing, dishes)
• Meal preparation for the family
• Ensure the home stays organized and efficient
• Communicate with parents about changing schedules and needs
• Be comfortable working in a home with dogs (no dog care duties required)

Qualifications:

• Professional experience as a Nanny, Household Manager, Family Assistant, or similar role
• Safe, clean driving record 
• Fully vaccinated with all early childhood immunizations
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to adapt to a dynamic family schedule
• Excellent communicator and team player with parents
• Positive, flexible, and dependable
• Comfortable managing both childcare and household tasks independently

Benefits & Compensation:

• Hourly pay: $28 – $35 per hour DOE
• Guaranteed 20 hours per week (with opportunity for extra hours if mutually agreed)
