Job Description

Staff Management Group is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for our client in Randolph, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 7:30AM - 4PM OR
• 2nd Shift: 4PM - 12:30AM
• Plus Overtime

Pay Rate:

• $18 / hour 

Job Summary:

The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for safely transporting, stacking, and storing cosmetics within the warehouse using a reach truck forklift while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient order processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operating a reach truck forklift to transport materials efficiently.
• Stacking products throughout the warehouse to ensure proper organization.
• Transporting products and materials safely within the warehouse.
• Storing pallets on warehouse shelves to maximize space utilization.
• Using an RF scanner to track and manage inventory.
• Verifying products, quantities, and order numbers for accuracy.
• Staging pallets at the shipping dock for outbound shipments.
• Moving freight safely throughout the warehouse while following safety protocols.

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual in English AND Spanish
• Experience with standup forklifts
• Experience in pulling materials for production lines
• Experience using an ERP system to complete tasks-scanning, completing pick lists
• Experience with material handling- pulling to production floor
• Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with counting inventory
• Experience in loading and unloading trucks
