Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in Fast Food, Fast Casual, or QSR dining
Ability to hire, train, teach, coach, and develop team members
Ability to work in the FOH and BOH
Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in 5 years)
Annual sales volume experience of $2M+

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

Must be passionate about hospitality
Be successful in creating a great working environment
Have a full knowledge of food cost and labor cost
Must be very hands-on
Have a guest-first, team-first attitude
