RN / Center Director

Location: Towson, MD

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Towson Surgical Center is a leading AAAHC-accredited outpatient facility specializing in ENT, gynecology, oral surgery, podiatry, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, gastroenterology, and general surgery. We are seeking a dedicated RN / Center Director to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and nursing staff.
• Collaborate with medical directors, board members, and leadership.
• Oversee credentialing, HR functions, and vendor services.
• Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Monitor budgets and promote cost-effective resource use.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare management experience.
• 1+ year of experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
• CPR and ACLS certifications.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools like Smartsheet.
• Ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
