The State of Connecticut is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of multiple Salesforce orgs critical to several state agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise Salesforce environments and be adept at handling configuration, integration, deployment, and end-user support in a collaborative, multi-team environment.
• Org & Environment Management – Oversee multiple Salesforce orgs, configure CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins), and manage custom object deployments without impacting interconnected applications.
• User & Access Management – Administer user accounts, roles, profiles, and permission sets; enforce access and security policies.
• System Configuration & Automation – Customize objects, fields, record types; design and implement Flows, validation rules, and automation.
• Data Management – Import/export data, enforce validation, deduplicate records, and maintain data quality.
• Integration Support – Handle middleware integration tools including MuleSoft, Adobe, Box, Java-based systems, and ForgeRock Identity Management.
• Reporting & Dashboards – Create and manage reports and dashboards for insights and decision-making.
• Release Management & Documentation – Oversee sandbox management, test releases, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• User Support & Training – Support end-users, provide training materials, and conduct onboarding sessions.
• Configure and maintain multiple Salesforce orgs and sandboxes.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket and Jenkins.
• Manage user roles, profiles, and access permissions.
• Customize Salesforce instances using Flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Ensure data integrity and enforce rules for data deduplication and validation.
• Support system integrations using various tools including MuleSoft and ForgeRock.
• Develop and update reports and dashboards.
• Manage release schedules and maintain common environments across multiple applications.
• Document changes, updates, and system configurations thoroughly.
• Provide training and support to users and business units.
