Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified School Psychologist to join our team and provide essential psychological services to students in a virtual setting. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting students' emotional, social, and academic development by offering assessments, counseling, and intervention services, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to understand students' needs.
Develop personalized intervention and support plans tailored to each student's unique challenges.
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to promote emotional well-being and academic success.
Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor student progress and make adjustments to interventions.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
Participate in virtual meetings with educational teams, offering valuable insights on student development and progress.

Qualifications:

A Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
A valid state license to practice as a school psychologist (Minnesota).
Prior experience working in educational settings is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using teletherapy tools and technology for effective virtual service delivery.
