**Title:** Screening Tech - LPN Screening Tech - LPN This is a PRN, as needed position for Community Health for the Hillsborough region. Community Health division is responsible for putting on different health education events throughout the BayCare service area which includes the four surrounding counties. The Screening Tech - LPN will utilize your nursing skills for completing vaccinations under RN oversight and performing screening and educating on results. LPN with experience giving flu vaccinations and good skills performing blood pressure, including manual, and fingerstick procedures is preferred. With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that's built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **Summary:** The Community Health Screening Tech - LPN works under the oversight of a RN and is responsible for performing various screening and testing procedures to support health, safety, and quality assurance initiatives. Perform various screenings, including but not limited to; blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, flu vaccinations, along with providing safety checks, and quality control tests. This role involves operating screening equipment, analyzing results, and maintaining accurate data to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Provide clear instructions to individuals undergoing screening, educating on results and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
