About the role: We are seeking a self-motivated person based in proximity to Sonoma County, CA to fill a part-time remote position focusing on customer service. The work is mostly handled through an online ticketing system and the type of inquiries range from handling order damages, returns, redirects, customer inquiries, and more. Kindness, patience, excellent customer service and attention to detail and superb communication skills play a role in all interactions.

Requirements:
•  Minimum 3 years’ experience in a tasting room and/or other winery admin role
•  Experience working with CRMs and multiple online platforms simultaneously
•  High proficiency in Excel including data review, transfer, and manipulation
•  Skilled problem-solver and multitasker, thrive in a fast-paced environment
•  Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and/or remotely, strong time-management
•  Excellent communication skills, an aptitude for sales & dedication to customer satisfaction
•  Patient, kind, open communicator.
•  Willingness to participate in on-the-job training. Be willing to learn and grow from mistakes.

Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour DOE
Employment period: September – December 2025 with the potential for ongoing part-time hours thereafter
Shift availability: At least one weekend day and two weekday evenings 2pm – 6pm PST
Location: This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in proximity to the Sonoma County area for potential initial training/occasional in-person meetings.
