We have the immediate need for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager on large Industrial/Aerospace projects
In the Space Coast area. We have multiple Aerospace projects starting up soon that are in need of an experienced Project Manager.
It would be preferable for candidates to live locally, however, not required depending on experience.
They would be working on the project site in the Space Coast. Salary range is $ 150k plus annually depending on experience.
A Senior Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 15 years experience as a Construction Project Manager on large industrial/ Aerospace High Bay Construction Projects and Five (5) years as a Sr. Construction Project Manager. Must be experienced in leading field staff project team, Lean Construction/Pull Plans, proficient with Reading Drawings, Writing subcontracts, Project Buyout, Change Order Management, Processing Submittals/RFIs, expediting submittals, material/equipment, procurement and working with Project Superintendent. Prior experience with Procore is essential. Also must be proficient in Bluebeam , Excel and MS Office and MS Project Scheduling.
Onsite Construction Project Management and Change Order Management of a large Aerospace High Bay project. Work closely with subcontractors and project staff managing procurement, submittals, schedule and change orders. Work closely with Project Engineer, Project Superintendents & Safety Mgr. for a successful safe project delivered on time.
