**Senior Full Stack Developer with React (Onsite)** We are seeking a **Senior Full Stack Developer with React and** 7+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React Python (Flask/Django) and React JS. This role involves working in a hybrid model with occasional travel. Location: **San Ramon - CA USA, COG,** **California** (Hybrid) **Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)** **Responsibilities** + +7 years of experience of develop and maintain web applications using React Python (Flask/Django) and React JS. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. + Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. + Help maintain code quality organization and automation. + Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. + Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. + Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions. + Implement security and data protection measures. + Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. + Communicate effectively with team members and collaborators. **Qualifications** + Possess good experience in React Python (Flask/Django) and React JS. + Demonstrate expertise in developing and maintaining web applications. + Have a solid understanding of front-end and back-end development. + Show proficiency in debugging and optimizing code. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills. + Have experience in code reviews and providing feedback. + Be knowledgeable about security and data protection. + Display good communication skills in English. + Have experience in Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain (nice to have). + Be able to work in a hybrid model with occasional travel. + Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. + Be a great teammate with a collaborative attitude. + Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. **Certifications Required** Certified Full Stack Developer Python Certification React Certification. **Other Compensation:** The annual salary for this position is between $97,000 to $114,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
