The Mercer HR team is looking for a HR Project Manager to support a business transformation program in the US and Canada . The role can be flexible on location; however, New York City or Chicago office would be preferred (hybrid - 3 days a week in office).

Mercers Financial and Operational Fitness program in the US and Canada (USCC) is part of a broader, global and ongoing transformation effort throughout Mercer and its parent company, Marsh McLennan. You will support the business in a journey to accelerate Growth C NOI, delivering financial impact through right-shoring, process simplification, and digitization / automation leveraging AI.
As the HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of HR-related tasks across each of the workstreams. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, change management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations C Technology, Finance, HR, Business Leaders). This position will report to Mercers US HR Leader.
