Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a strategic recruiting plan to attract skilled signage sales representatives.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and industry referrals.
Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in onboarding and training new sales hires for a smooth transition into their roles.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Qualifications
