Position Title: Marketing Social Media Intern
Location: Sabour Beauty Salon & Wellness
Reports To: Halima Sabour, Creative Director

Sabour Beauty is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to beauty & wellness. We are looking for a talented Marketing Social Media Assistant/Intern to join our team and elevate our brand presence across various social media platforms.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Social Media Assistant will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the Creative Director.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content (text, images, video) for our social media platforms.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
• Community Engagement: Manage and respond to user interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc., and generate reports to measure ROI and KPIs.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director & marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
• Advertising: Manage social media advertising campaigns, including setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ads.

Qualifications:
• Education: experienced in content creation, photography, and social media management
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or advertising context.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, Canva)
• Knowledge of web design and development
• Familiarity with CRM software
