We are searching for a Sr. Designer to focus on and elevate Apparel for UA Women's Sportswear. The Sr. Designer will obsess the UA Women's consumer and bring design, function, and style to life. This role offers the unique opportunity to push creative boundaries and craft iconic pieces that will define the future of women’s sportswear at Under Armour.
• Bachelor's degree with typically eight (8) years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically six (6) years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without a degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Passion every day to design compelling and cutting-edge products.
• Strong design & creative research skills
• Solid understanding of construction and materials; preferably well-versed in manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to express concepts and ideas through sketching.
• Strong presentation skills and comfortable working with a group.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and to successfully meet multiple deadlines
$109,010.00 - $149,888.75 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
