**Join Our Team as an Experienced Staff Accountant!**

We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team at our corporate headquarters near Marietta, GA. This is a full-time, hybrid remote position, allowing you to work 2 days in the office and 3 days from the comfort of your home. As part of our rapidly growing high-tech company, you will be a key member of our corporate accounting team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare accounting-related entries for various registers, journals, and logs.
- Maintain detailed reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.
- Analyze and verify information by creating comprehensive spreadsheet reports.
- Provide detailed analyses and explanations of transactions associated with our retail business.
- Prepare various reports for compliance reporting at both state and federal levels.
- Generate financial reports for an assigned group of operating entities.
- Monitor multiple bank accounts to ensure the timely collection of credit card receipts.
- Prepare necessary documentation for external audits.
- Keep track of capital spending for assigned entities.
- Adhere to established accounting processes.
- Support the Accounting Manager and Senior Accounting Manager in fulfilling the responsibilities of the Accounting Department.

**Requirements:**

- A 4-year degree is required (Accounting preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced skills in Pivot Tables and V-Lookups preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks or JDE is preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.
