Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Aid Advisor to assist students in navigating the financial aid process. In this role, you will provide guidance on financing options, help students complete necessary applications, and ensure they understand their financial aid packages. Your support will play a key role in helping students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide students with clear and accurate information about financial aid options and eligibility requirements.
- Assist students in completing financial aid applications, including FAFSA and other required documentation.
- Review and discuss Estimated Award Letters with students to ensure they understand their financial aid package.
- Follow up with students to help them complete applications in a timely manner and submit necessary documents.
- Answer student inquiries regarding financial aid, addressing concerns and providing helpful solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support students throughout the enrollment and financial aid process.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and institutional regulations regarding financial aid.
- Assist with finalizing financial aid packages for students each academic term.
- Take part in special projects or additional duties as assigned.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while fostering strong relationships with students and colleagues.
- Work on-site when required; remote work is available based on company policy.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
- At least two (2) years of experience in federal student financial aid (experience with Global Service is a plus).
- Background in customer service is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or student software is a plus.
