This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive (USA) Virtual Travel Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a general understanding of business management practices. This role will involve daily activities, training, and collaborating with team members.
What you'll do:
Post Properties on Facebook marketplace and other groups and sites to attract potential buyers
Engage with interested clients and collect their contact details
Handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for clients and vendors
Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to important information
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support clients and business objectives
Who you are:
Self Starters are looking for a role in an entrepreneurial environment
Authorized to work in the United States
18 years of age or older
Basic knowledge of Google Suites applications (Docs, Drive, Slides) and Canva is essential
Ability to learn new technological skills
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective collaboration
