Warehouse Supervisor

Position Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role involves supervising warehouse staff, managing inventory through a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Oversee inventory management processes including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and FDA requirements.
• Develop and implement best practices for warehousing and inventory management.
• Train and mentor staff on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and WMS.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and distribution center operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA and FDA regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with manufacturing, receiving, and bill of materials is advantageous.
