Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of Workday HCM experience with at least 3+ years in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, absence accruals, and time-tracking compliance. Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday PATT modules. Familiarity with Workday integrations for payroll vendors, tax systems, and time clocks. Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to payroll and leave management. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead workshops, engage stakeholders, and deliver scalable solutions.
