THEFACESHOP is seeking candidates who enjoy helping our customers find the best solutions to their specific skin care needs from our extensively trained Beauty Consultants while ensuring each of our customers experience the highest level of customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Complete the in depth training program, covering all products, within 3 weeks
• Provide excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly service to all customers and staff
• Assist with Quality Control, including monitoring product freshness, cleanliness, and appearance
• Identify Customers skincare needs and finding the best solution for them
• Store upkeep and cleaning

 

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and most holidays
• Enjoy talking to new people / approaching and engaging with customers
• Great listening and communication skills
• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Ability to take direction and Detail oriented

 

Preferred

• Previous experience with sales and customer service
• Skincare knowledge
• Bilingual speaker (Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean or Spanish)
• Experienced in Make-up artistry
