**Job Title: PCB Assembler - Day & Swing Shifts** **Location:** Milpitas, CA **Pay:** Up to $20/hr **Shifts Available:** + **Day Shift:** 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM + **Swing Shift:** 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (pay differential) **Job Description:** We are hiring **10 PCB Assemblers** to join a fast-paced electronics manufacturing team in Milpitas. This is a great opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in box build and PCB assembly to work in a clean, organized, and team-oriented environment. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble electronic and mechanical components using visual aids and work instructions. + Perform box build assembly including wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and PCB installation. + Use hand tools, torque drivers, and measuring instruments to complete builds. + Follow standard operating procedures and maintain high quality standards. + Identify and escalate quality issues to team leads or supervisors. + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area following 5S principles. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
