GRANT MANAGER
Full-Time Exempt

The Grant Manager position is Open Until Filled so that we can find the ideal candidate for our amazing team.

As a Full-Time Exempt Grant Manager , you will provide leadership and guidance throughout the life of the project. May assist in the grant application process but is primarily responsible for the financial and post award management of grants. The Grant Manager engages in timely compliance reporting, maintains funder relationships, provides oversight on financial management, prepares financial data and reports and submits invoices for all eligible charges recorded in the financial system, manages revenue payments, prepares audit documentation, ensures staff training on grant projects, and other tasks as required. This position works independently under supervision of Director of Accounting and Finance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor?s degree, or a combination of education and experience commensurate with job duties. 
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, or formal training with majority of emphasis on grant reporting.
• 3 years of experience with computerized office systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 
• Ability to interpret and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, and analyze situations accurately to adopt effective courses of action required.
• Ability to work independently required.

PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED) QUALIFICATIONS:

• SCT Banner payroll experience, preferred.
• Prior grant reporting experience within higher education.
