Job Description

The Medical Education Associate, supporting the Upper Extremity business within Stryker, is responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, management and execution of educational programs and resources. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing departments along with cross-divisional partners to ensure a first-rate learning experience. The position also develops relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders and vendors to provides safe and effective use training. This position is 2 of 2 positions available. **What you will do:** + Understand divisional product offerings, procedural flows, and have a basic awareness of the competitive landscape and key customer groups. + Assist Medical Education and Marketing teams in executing educational events, including coordinating scheduling, equipment logistics, venue sourcing, contract management, and ensuring compliance with all requirements. + Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customers, providing feedback to leadership and supporting communication efforts aligned with corporate branding and policies. + Possess a foundational understanding of training delivery methods and measurement of program effectiveness. + Manage logistical details for meetings and events (catering, A/V, agendas), adhere to communication platforms and policies, and support presentations to internal and external stakeholders. + Have a basic understanding of medical education strategy, business priorities, and budgeting processes. + Identify opportunities for process improvements, demonstrate ownership and integrity in work, and actively learn while building strong, stable relationships. **What you will need:** **Required:** + Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related discipline required + 0+ years of work experience required **Preferred:** + Event planning OR coordination experience preferred + Medical device experience preferred + Clinical experience preferred **$58,700** **- $106,200** salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
