Responsibilities:
- Eliciting functional and technical requirements through interviews and meetings with business system users.
- Managing and tracking requirements within a designated system (e.g., Team Foundation Server).
- Creating wireframes for the new software system.
- Collaborating with QA to review test cases.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and SharePoint applications proficiently.
- Presenting ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 5+ years of proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- 5+ years of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
