Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Warrenton as the Thermoforming Operator:

• Lead and enforce safety processes and procedures

• Lead and enforce SQF [Safe Quality Food] processes and procedures

• Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleaned

• Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining thermoforming machinery to produce high-quality products
  • Product testing
  • RoboticsTroubleshooting
  • Auto packaging machines
  • Other duties could be assigned. 

• Inspect the extruded product for quality and consistency

• Utilize clamp truck to stock Thermoforming department & stage warehouse

• Other duties as assigned.

There's nobody quite like you!Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths:

• 3+ years’ experience of Thermoforming Operator is preferred

• SAP and MES experience is strongly preferred

• Capable of making quality determinations independently

• Strong skillset in troubleshooting, problem solving, and critical thinking

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials [up to 50lbs]

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be available to work 12-hour shift and overtime as needed.
